Dr. Chikkatur is an energy-sector leader with decades of experience across Southeast Asia, South Asia, North America, and Africa. He is trained at Harvard Kennedy School in energy technologies and policy and with a Ph.D. in Physics from MIT.
Dr. Chikkatur is a recognized thought leader in energy transition and sustainability. He brings rigorous technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver innovative solutions for private and public sector clients in complex political and regulatory environments.

Her experience spans multiple sectors, from multilateral banks and nonprofits to philanthropies, where she has successfully managed grantmaking portfolios and mobilized significant climate finance.
Ms. Dubey specializes in shaping energy transition strategies and de-risking complex energy investments across emerging markets and diverse regulatory landscapes on energy transition and access.
