Dr. Ananth Chikkatur
Co-Founder & CEO
Dr. Ananth Chikkatur leads the development of our agentic AI workflows and data fabric, specializing in predictive modeling for energy markets and optimizing complex data sets.
Dr. Chikkatur is an energy-sector leader with decades of experience across Southeast Asia, South Asia, North America, and Africa. He is trained at Harvard Kennedy School in energy technologies and policy and with a Ph.D. in Physics from MIT.
Dr. Chikkatur is a recognized thought leader in energy transition and sustainability. He brings rigorous technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver innovative solutions for private and public sector clients in complex political and regulatory environments.
Ms. Sunita Dubey

Ms. Sunita Dubey is developing partnerships for XanhTerra with key donors and partners, in line with XanhTerra's mission to promote corporate decarbonization and large scale deployment of renewable energy and BESS.
A strategic and results-driven leader, Ms. Dubey has spearheaded transformative initiatives in the global energy and climate sectors. She has a strong track record of building strategic partnerships, driving policy reform, and advancing clean energy solutions across diverse regions. Her experience spans multiple sectors, from multilateral banks and nonprofits to philanthropies, where she has successfully managed grantmaking portfolios and mobilized significant climate finance.
Ms. Dubey specializes in shaping energy transition strategies and de-risking complex energy investments across emerging markets and diverse regulatory landscapes on energy transition and access.
Ms. Phan Thu Thuy

Ms. Phan Thu Thuy supports XanhTerra with policy analysis and stakeholder engagement to advance our energy transition objectives.
Ms. Thuy brings cross-sectoral experiences spanning public policy, market analysis, data-driven strategy, and stakeholder engagement across Southeast Asia. She has worked with government agencies and multinational corporations on policy mapping, regulatory analysis, and high-level stakeholder coordination across energy, infrastructure, and retail sectors. She has supported product portfolio growth and innovation initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Ms. Thuy holds a degree in International Business Economics from Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, Vietnam, and studied Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development at the University of Connecticut on the U.S. State Department's Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) scholarship.
